Oversee and manage the financial health and operations of NESA, ensuring financial resources are properly allocated, managed, and reported, in alignment with the mission and goals of the organization.

Oversee and guide NESA's fund development efforts to ensure there are adequate long-term financial resources available to continue to support its mission and programs.

Plan, organize, and execute efforts to raise financial support for NESA's programs, projects and overall operations, with the focus on generating revenue though various fundraising initiatives, events and donor cultivation strategies.
